YEAR-END
2024 was another successful year for the Benson High Foundation.
The Foundation supported:
Baseball, Football, and Tennis.
We sold 200 bricks for a new memory garden, $125,000.00. Memory garden is ready for spring planting.
We installed a Wall of Donors just inside the north entrance.
We supported Principal Melinda Bailey with funding a principal’s fund for supporting her teachers and staff. Thanks to John and Lynne Boyer who outlined a program for Principal Bailey to help her students for years to come.
We sponsored a night at the Storm Chasers for the 1974 Championship Baseball team and took Benson baseball players to the game.
We sponsored a prospective teacher to get a high school teaching degree.
